We are looking for a highly organized, execution-driven, and growth-oriented Centre Head / Operations & Growth Manager to oversee and execute the complete operations of the institute.

This role requires a robust “player + manager” mindset where the individual will not only supervise operations but also actively drive admissions growth, outreach activities, team performance, and institutional development.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently running the centre while ensuring operational discipline, admissions growth, and a high-quality student experience.

Key Responsibilities

Centre Operations Management

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the institute.
- Ensure smooth functioning of academic and administrative activities.
- Maintain operational discipline, infrastructure standards, and professional work culture.
- Coordinate with trainers, counsellors, admin staff, and management.

Admissions & Growth Execution

- Monitor and improve admissions performance.
- Ensure proper inquiry follow-up and admission conversion.
- Drive admissions targets through active planning and execution.
- Develop and execute student mobilization strategies.
- Plan and oversee outreach campaigns and promotional activities.





Team Leadership & Accountability

- Supervise and guide admissions, telecalling, admin, and support staff.
- Conduct regular review meetings and performance tracking.
- Build accountability and execution discipline within the team.
- Ensure productivity and target orientation across departments.

Outreach & Institutional Development

- Plan and coordinate school visits, seminars, awareness programs, and institutional tie-ups.
- Build local networks and referral channels for student mobilization.
- Support branding and visibility initiatives for the institute.

Student & Parent Relationship Management

- Handle escalations and student/parent concerns professionally.
- Ensure a positive student experience from inquiry to course completion.
- Maintain student satisfaction and retention standards.

Reporting & Process Management

- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Track admissions, inquiries, conversions, outreach activities, and centre performance.
- Ensure documentation and process discipline across the institute.

Pay: ₹14,665.52 - ₹53,083.41 per month
