TELECALLER – REAL ESTATE

Salary: ₹15,000 - 25,000 per month

Experience: Prior experience in Real Estate Telecalling is mandatory

About the Role

We are looking for a highly professional, polished and well-spoken Telecaller with prior experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should be confident while communicating with clients, have excellent telephone etiquette and be comfortable handling property-related enquiries and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.

* Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

* Understand client requirements and provide relevant property information.

* Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.

* Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups.

* Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.

* Ensure every interaction reflects the professional standards of Reliable Builders.

Candidate Requirements





* Real estate background is mandatory.

* Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.

* Should be extremely professional, polished and presentable.

* Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

* Confident, articulate and persuasive while speaking.

* Should be comfortable speaking with clients from diverse backgrounds.

* Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.

* Prior experience in real estate telecalling / lead generation / property sales support will be preferred.
