Job description : Civil Engineer / Electrical Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Civil/Structural Engineer specializing in overhead transmission lines. In this role, you will be responsible for the structural analysis, design, routing, and foundation engineering for high-voltage transmission line projects (69kV to 500kV+). You will collaborate closely with electrical engineers, project managers, survey teams, and field construction crews to ensure protected, cost-effective, and compliant infrastructure delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering & Structural Design





- Perform structural analysis and design for transmission line support structures, including lattice steel towers, tubular steel poles, concrete poles, and wood structures.
- Design deep and shallow foundations (e.g., drilled shafts, spread footings, micropiles, pad and chimney) based on geotechnical data and loading conditions.
- Conduct line optimization, structure spotting, clearance analysis, and sag-tension calculations using PLS-CADD and related software modules (PLS-TOWER, PLS-POLE).
- Prepare detailed engineering calculations, technical reports, design criteria, and structural specifications.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
