About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our core team and drive business acquisition. You will be responsible for reaching out to businesses, understanding their requirements, presenting relevant opportunities and converting them into clients and participants.

Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to potential businesses
- Make calls, send messages and conduct regular follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and present relevant offerings
- Coordinate with the content team for proposals and sales material
- Maintain leads and follow-ups in the CRM/tracker
- Build strong relationships with prospects




- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking with business owners
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Consistent with follow-ups and closing
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup workplace
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
