Job Overview

NM POLYPLAST PVT. LTD. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, appointing dealers, managing customer relationships, and driving primary sales of our water bottle cap products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business and sales growth.
- Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors in assigned markets.
- Generate primary sales and expand the company's customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.




- Experience in dealer/distributor appointment and primary sales preferred.
- Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify and develop recent markets.
- Experience in the plastic, packaging, bottle cap, FMCG, or related industry will be an advantage.

Job Details

- Position: Sales Manager

- Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and capabilities
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Travel/Other Expenses: Excluded
- Location: Cuttack

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
