Job Summary:
Responsible for handling customers, understanding their requirements, explaining EV products and features, conducting test rides, generating leads, and achieving sales targets while providing an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their EV requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, variants, range, charging, and benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate test rides.
- Generate leads through showroom visits, calls, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers with booking and documentation.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams.




- Maintain regular follow-up with customers from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Keep updated on new EV models, products, offers, and competitor activities.
- Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Interest and basic knowledge of electric vehicles and EV technology.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree.
- Experience: 1–3 years in automobile/EV sales preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
