Job Title: Warehouse & Dispatch Executive

Qualification: Graduate
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed Off)

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day warehouse, inventory, and dispatch operations for solar products.
- Maintain accurate records of Solar Panels, PV Modules, Inverters, batteries, and other solar materials.
- Handle inward and outward movement of materials and update stock records accordingly.
- Ensure proper picking, packing, loading, and dispatch of materials.
- Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and warehouse teams for timely dispatch.
- Prepare and maintain Delivery Challans, Invoices, E-Way Bills, and dispatch records.
- Maintain records of damaged, returned, short, or pending materials.
- Track dispatched materials and follow up with transporters regarding delivery status.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Warehouse,



Inventory & Dispatch Operations.
- Experience in the Solar Industry will be preferred.
- Minimum Graduate.
- Strong knowledge of Solar Panel Stock, Warehouse Management, Inventory, and Dispatch Operations.
- Experience handling Solar Panels, PV Modules, Inverters, Batteries, and related solar products.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/stock records.
- Knowledge of Delivery Challan, Invoice, E-Way Bill, and dispatch documentation.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with transporters, sales teams, purchase teams, vendors, and warehouse staff.
