Medikold – Care at Home is a Jodhpur-based home healthcare company delivering trusted, compassionate, and quality care to patients. We are looking for a dedicated Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our team across our Jodhpur centers.
As an RMO, you will be responsible for conducting OPD consultations, assessing patients, coordinating with nursing staff and specialists, and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinical operations at the center. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily OPD consultations and patient assessments
- Provide timely clinical decisions, including in emergency situations
- Coordinate with nursing staff, consultants, and specialists for patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and updated patient medical records
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, hygiene,
and quality standards
- Guide and supervise nursing/support staff as needed
Requirements:
- MBBS or equivalent recognized medical degree
- Valid medical registration (state/national council)
- Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred
- Good communication and patient-handling skills
- Ability to work full-day shifts, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (10 hours)
Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan (Pratap Nagar center and second center)
Shift: Full time, Day shift (8 AM – 6 PM)
