Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Sales

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. Freshers and candidates with 0–2 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Promote our IT services, including Website Development, Mobile App Development, Software Development, and SEO/Digital Marketing.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales and development teams.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and sales targets.

Requirements

- 0–2 year of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Inside Sales, or a related field.




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and internet research.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client communication.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month + Incentives
