Job Overview

Hanger is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Cum Store Manager to manage our fashion retail store in Jayanagar, Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate should have experience in fashion retail sales and store management. Candidates with experience in Men's Wear / Men's Fashion will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly store sales targets.
- Assist customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle product display and ensure the store is well maintained.
- Manage stock, inventory, and merchandise.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate for replenishment.
- Handle billing and basic cash management.
- Manage customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales, stock, and store requirements.
- Prepare and maintain daily sales and store reports.
- Build solid customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

Candidate Requirements





- 1–4 years of experience in Fashion Retail Sales or Store Management.
- Experience in Men's Wear / Men's Fashion is preferred.
- Experience as a Store Manager, Retail Sales Executive, Fashion Consultant, or Store Executive will be considered.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage store operations and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and billing.
- Candidates based in Bengaluru or willing to work in Jayanagar are preferred.
