KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Attend to walk-in customers at the showroom and guide them on available accessories.

2. Explain features, pricing, and benefits of accessories to drive sales.

3. Achieve monthly accessories sales targets set by the branch.

4. Coordinate with the sales and service teams to identify accessory-fitment opportunities.

5. Maintain proper display, stock, and billing of accessories at the counter.

6. Follow up with customers for repeat business and referrals.

7. Maintain accurate records of daily sales and stock movement.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum qualification: ITI/ Diploma or Graduate (any stream).

2. Freshers welcome; prior experience in automobile or retail sales is an advantage.

3. Positive communication and convincing skills.

4. Basic computer knowledge (billing/MS Office).

5. Presentable, customer-friendly, and target-oriented.

SALARY

As per industry standards, based on qualification and experience. Incentives on sales achievement.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
