Summary:
As a Solution Enablement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting Solution Architects throughout the development, design, and approval stages of various solutions. This role requires applying standardized processes to tailor solutions that align with service scopes, delivery locations, and associated costs. The position focuses on enhancing efficiency and maintaining consistency in both response development and operational support, ensuring smooth collaboration and effective solution delivery across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize team performance.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse, Python (Programming Language), PySpark, Data Build Tool.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), PySpark, Data Build Tool.
- Strong knowledge of cloud data warehousing concepts and architecture.
- Experience in designing scalable and efficient data solutions using Snowflake.
- Ability to optimize data pipelines and manage large datasets effectively.
- Familiarity with data integration and transformation techniques within modern data platforms.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.

- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
