* Experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Outbound Sales
* Insurance experience preferred – Life / General / Health Insurance
* Strong customer follow-up and lead conversion skills
* Experience handling marketing-generated leads is an advantage
* Positive communication and convincing skills
* English preferred
