Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with vendors and plants for orders, production, rates, and dispatch updates.
- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain purchase records.
- Follow up for order confirmations, production status, artwork, and deliveries.
- Maintain Product Status, PO, FMS, and delivery tracking sheets.
- Coordinate for Challan, Tax Invoice, COA, product photographs, and samples.
- Handle regular communication through Email, WhatsApp, and phone.

Requirements:

- 1+ year experience in Purchase/Vendor Coordination.
- Pharma industry experience preferred.
- Valuable communication, follow-up, and MS Excel skills.




- Strong coordination and documentation abilities.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹264,000.00 per year
