Social Media Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a **creative and social-media-savvy Social Media Executive** to manage LuxaDerme's social media presence and drive engagement, brand awareness and growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage LuxaDerme's **Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms**.

* Plan and execute **daily/weekly content calendars**.

* Create and coordinate **Reels, Stories, posts, carousels and other engaging content**.

* Identify and leverage **trending content, formats, audio and hashtags** relevant to the skincare/beauty industry.

* Coordinate with the creative team for photoshoots, videos and campaign content.

* Manage **influencer/creator collaborations** and track deliverables.

* Monitor comments, DMs and audience engagement.

* Conduct **competitor and social media trend research**.





* Track social media performance and prepare basic **weekly/monthly reports**.

* Support product launches, campaigns and promotional activities.

Candidate Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in **Social Media / Digital Marketing**.

* Experience with **beauty, skincare, cosmetics or D2C brands** preferred.

* Strong understanding of **Instagram, Reels and short-form content**.

* Good communication, copywriting and creative skills.

* Knowledge of **Canva, Meta Business Suite and basic video-editing tools** preferred.

* Strong understanding of current social media trends.

* Creative, proactive, organised and able to meet deadlines.
