We are looking for a Customer Care Representative for our online store.
- The candidate must have valuable communication skills .
- The candidate must have good knowledge of computer operations.
- Co-ordinate activities with the internal team, customers, and other work units or departments
- Communicating with other departments within the company to ensure that shipments are delivered on time
- Monitoring the status of shipments and updating customer accounts with information about the delivery status
- Communicating with customers about freight details, and special handling requests.
- Preparing dispatch documents, as well as generating freight bills and invoices.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
