Drive productivity and cost improvement initiatives across aerospace manufacturing operations.
Conduct time studies, manpower optimization, and line balancing to enhance operational efficiency.
Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks to improve throughput and reduce cycle time.
Monitor key KPIs such as Productivity, OEE, Labor Efficiency, and On-Time Delivery.
Lead Kaizen, Lean, and problem-solving projects to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with aerospace quality standards.

Education: BE Mechanical or Aeronautical

Experience: 7-8 Years
