Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Fire & Safety Faculty to conduct classroom and practical training sessions for students pursuing Fire & Safety courses. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage students effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Fire & Safety.
- Teach topics including fire prevention, firefighting, industrial safety, emergency response, and safety procedures.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and training materials.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and safety drills.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
- Clarify students' doubts and provide academic guidance.
- Monitor student attendance, performance, and overall progress.
- Ensure timely completion of the assigned syllabus.
- Follow current Fire & Safety standards, procedures,



and best practices.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Fire & Safety, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Fire & Safety training or industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good classroom management and student-engagement abilities.
- Practical knowledge of firefighting equipment and safety procedures.
- Relevant Fire & Safety certifications will be an added advantage.
- Experience: 1–3 years preferred
- Good teaching and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations effectively.
- Passion for training and mentoring students.
- Ability to work as part of an academic team.
