Job Responsibilities:

 Responsible for Quality Assurance of all the processes across operations in

meeting engineering standards, safety regulations and customer specifications.

 bridge the gap between engineering design and heavy machinery fabrication

like welding, assembly, electrical paneling and surface finishing.

 continuously relook at inspection criteria for incoming material, vendor process

audit criteria

 Audit external suppliers providing critical components like valves, abrasive

media, motors, and bearings.

 Manage the final acceptance testing (FAT) process before equipment shipment.

 Track and report key quality metrics like scrap rates and first-pass yield.

 Respond to customer complaints putting in containment actions, analysis, poka-

yokes (error proofing), and implementing short-term and long-term





countermeasures.

 Plan and supervise Quality System Audits (ISO-9001-2015 ) and evaluate any

necessary corrective actions.

 Communicate with personnel at all levels, internally and externally.

 Vendor approval and management

Technical Competencies :

 Reading of drawings

 Process approach, Analytical skills

 SPC, 7QC tools, pokayoke, pareto analysis

3 to 10 years experience, manufacturing industry preferred
