Store Handler – Roles & Responsibilities

Company: TCF Chocolates and Gifts Private Limited

The Store Handler is responsible for the proper management, storage, movement, and record-keeping of all materials and products in the company store.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate inventory records for all products, raw materials, packaging materials, and other store items.
- Properly record all material inward and outward movements.
- Receive incoming materials and verify the quantity, quality, item description, and supporting documents.
- Enter all received materials into the appropriate stock/inventory register or system.
- Issue materials only against proper authorized requisitions or instructions.
- Maintain records of all materials issued, including date, item name, quantity, department/person receiving, and authorization.
- Arrange and store all products and materials in a proper, organized, and safe manner.
- Follow appropriate FIFO/FEFO practices, especially for chocolates, food products, and other items with expiry dates.
- Regularly check **stock levels, expiry dates, damaged

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
