Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Executive to handle the safe, timely, and professional delivery of customer orders. The candidate will be responsible for collecting orders from the store, delivering them to customers at the given address, collecting payments when required, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up customer orders from the store and deliver them safely to the assigned location.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders as per the committed delivery time.
- Handle products carefully and ensure they reach the customer in proper condition.
- Verify the order and customer details before delivery.
- Collect cash/online payments when required and submit the same to the company.
- Maintain proper records of delivered, pending, cancelled,
or returned orders.
- Coordinate with the store/operations team regarding delivery status and customer requirements.
- Clean the store and do necessary office production work
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th pass / equivalent.
- Previous delivery experience will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of local roads and areas.
- Basic smartphone knowledge and ability to use Google Maps/navigation.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and physically fit.
total work: 1 year (preferred)
