Position: Grooming & Communication English Trainer
Location: Palarivattom,Kochi
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Grooming & Communication English Trainer to train candidates/students in spoken English, skilled communication, personality development, and workplace etiquette.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct training sessions on spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
* Improve learners’ verbal and written communication skills.
* Provide training in grooming, body language, professional etiquette, and personality development.
* Conduct activities such as group discussions, role plays, presentations, and mock interviews.
* Assess learners’ communication and grooming skills and provide constructive feedback.
* Prepare training materials, exercises, and lesson plans.
* Help candidates develop confidence for interviews and professional environments.




* Track learners’ progress and maintain training records.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Communication, HR, Education, or a related field.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience in English training, soft-skills training, grooming, or personality development is preferred.
* Confident, patient, and engaging training style.
* Freshers with excellent English communication and presentation skills may also be considered.
