Qualification

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Key Skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in VMC programming.
- Strong knowledge of Mastercam software.
- Experience in creating and modifying CNC/VMC programs using Mastercam.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, machining processes, and tooling selection.
- Ability to optimize machining programs for quality and productivity.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare VMC machining programs using Mastercam.
- Develop and modify CNC programs as per component requirements.
- Analyze engineering drawings and machining requirements.




- Optimize programs to improve productivity and reduce machining time.
- Support production and resolve programming-related issues.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of machined components.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with strong practical experience in Mastercam programming and VMC machining will be preferred.

Location: Thirumudivakkam, Chennai

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
