Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern (Remote)

- Assist the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess communication skills and candidate suitability.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports regularly.
- Post job openings on various hiring platforms and monitor applications.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates and hiring processes.
- Support employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.
- Learn and understand end-to-end recruitment processes and hiring strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional communication and timely responses.

Requirements:





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
