About Fineotric

Fineotric is looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives / Telecallers to join our team in Noida Sector 15. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, and generating business for Personal Loans, Home Loans, and Overdraft facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain loan products including Personal Loan, Home Loan, and Overdraft facilities.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Generate qualified leads and convert leads into successful applications.
- Follow up with customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and loan processing.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, banking, financial services, or loan sales is an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English is preferred.
