Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and the D2C website.
- Develop and execute e-commerce plans to achieve sales, revenue, order and profitability targets.
- Manage product listings, including product descriptions, images, pricing, offers, promotions, and catalogue updates.
- Monitor and maintain product availability, inventory levels, pricing, and stock status across all marketplaces.
- Track key marketplace metrics such as sales, orders, traffic, conversion rate, product ranking, returns, cancellations, and profitability.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions, campaigns, deals, and advertising activities in coordination with the Marketing team.
- Monitor competitor pricing, product offerings, promotions, customer reviews, and market trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, search ranking, conversion, average order value, and profitability.
- Coordinate closely with Marketing, Warehouse, Inventory, Finance, Customer Support,



and Product teams to ensure smooth order and customer fulfilment.
- Monitor customer feedback, ratings, reviews, returns, and complaints and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.
- Ensure timely execution of marketplace requirements, catalogue updates, promotional activities, and operational tasks.
- Identify sales and operational issues and take timely corrective actions.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce sales and performance reports with management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data, customer behaviour, competitor analysis, and marketplace performance.
- Support current product launches and ensure products are properly listed and promoted across relevant online channels.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
