Job Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day sales activities and customer enquiries through online and offline channels.
- Manage e-commerce platforms, product listings, pricing, stock availability, and order processing.
- Respond to customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
- Coordinate with customers from enquiry to order confirmation, payment, dispatch, and delivery.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Upload and update product images, descriptions, specifications, prices, and offers.
- Monitor online orders, cancellations, returns, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team to ensure timely order processing.
- Maintain sales and e-commerce records and prepare regular reports.




- Support promotional activities and improve online product visibility and sales.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements:

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams.
- Previous experience in sales/e-commerce will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
