Requirements:
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Interest in the automobile/service industry
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain service needs
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Attend customers and understand their service requirements
- Prepare job cards and service estimates
- Coordinate with technicians and service team
- Provide service updates to customers
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
