- Provide functional and technical support for Sales and Distribution modules and Coordinate with business and development teams for issue resolution and minor enhancements
- Provide day-to-day functional support, resolve incidents, and troubleshoot issues in Sales & Distribution modules.
- Collaborate with technical teams in designing customizations, reports, and integrations aligned with supply chain, finance, HR, and production needs.
- Create end-user documentation, deliver training, and ensure smooth adoption of solutions within the business.
- Coordinate with onshore teams for requirement alignment, project tracking, and delivery of business-critical enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven functional experience in JDE Sales & Distribution modules
- Strong understanding of JDE front-end applications across multiple modules.
- Good to have experience with JDE Orchestrator/Orchestrations.
- Ability to perform gap analysis and recommend scalable, efficient solutions.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional designs.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills in a multi-location environment.
