We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with experience in Trommel Machines, Solid Waste Management, MSW Processing, Recycling Plants, Screening Equipment, or Heavy Machinery.

The candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and service support of Trommel Machines and related waste-processing equipment at project/customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation and commissioning of Trommel Machines.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of trommel equipment.
- Troubleshooting of gearbox, motor, bearings, shafts, rollers, chains, sprockets and conveyors.
- Monitor machine performance and reduce breakdown/downtime.
- Carry out machine alignment, lubrication and mechanical inspection.
- Handle maintenance of conveyor systems,



feeders and screening equipment.
- Coordinate with welding/fabrication teams for repair and modification.
- Prepare daily service, maintenance and breakdown reports.
- Support customers during machine operation and breakdowns.
- Guide operators regarding machine operation and basic maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Willingness to travel PAN India for project and customer requirements
