2. Experience Requirements:

- Teaching Baseline: At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on teaching experience in a preschool environment.
- Administrative Leadership: 1 to 2 years of experience as a Coordinator, Senior Teacher, or Assistant Center Head. Some corporate setups accept individuals with a background in customer relationship management or hospitality if they have strong operational skills.

- Admissions & Business Growth: Conducting school tours for parents, driving student enrollment targets, and managing local marketing initiatives.
- Academic Oversight:



Ensuring the proper execution of the preschool curriculum
- Compliance & Legal Safety: Ensuring the center maintains local municipal health and sanitation licenses, a valid Fire NOC (No Objection Certificate), and strict compliance with POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) Act guidelines regarding background checks for all support staff (maids, drivers, and security guards).

4. Language and Soft Skills

- Multilingualism: Exceptional fluency in spoken and written English to interact professionally with corporate parents, alongside fluency in Telugu

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
