Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage long-term relationships with clients to understand their IT needs.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with vendors and recruitment firms.
- Use job portals, vendor networks, LinkedIn, and other sources to identify relevant requirements.
- Track submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
- Stay updated on current US IT hiring trends, technologies, and market demands.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets and email communication.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Should have own laptop and wifi setup.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
