We are hiring an experienced Inside Sales Executive for a growing international fashion/eCommerce brand.

We are looking for someone confident in handling US customers over calls, generating sales, and delivering excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound & outbound sales calls with US customers
- Convert leads into successful sales
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, orders, and payments
- Follow up with interested customers and abandoned leads
- Upsell and cross-sell products whenever possible
- Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly
- Coordinate with support and operations teams for smooth order processing

Requirements

Experience in Inside Sales / Phone Sales
Excellent spoken English and communication skills
Comfortable handling US-based customers
Experience in international sales process preferred




Fashion/clothing brand experience is a solid advantage
Comfortable working in US Night Shift
Self-motivated and target-oriented personality

Preferred Skills

- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
- Customer support + sales experience

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
