Position: Peeling Shed Supervisor

Work Location: Peeling sheds associated with the factory.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations at the peeling shed.
- Monitor peeling, cleaning, grading and handling of cephalopod products.
- Ensure production targets, product quality and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Allocate work among workers and monitor their attendance and productivity.
- Ensure proper handling, storage and movement of raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with the factory production and quality teams.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in seafood processing, preferably in cephalopods.
- Valuable knowledge of peeling shed operations and seafood handling.
- Ability to supervise and manage workers effectively.
- Willingness to work at peeling sheds associated with the factory.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
