Job Description: Site Engineer

Location:

- Jagadhri, Haryana

Position: Site Engineer
Experience Required: 4+ years

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
- Check reinforcement, shuttering, alignment, levels, and dimensions before execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and senior engineers.
- Ensure quality control and maintain safety standards on site.
- Prepare daily progress reports, material records, and site documentation.
- Verify material usage and report shortages or issues.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure timely completion of work.

Required Skills





- Solid knowledge of civil construction processes.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings (plan, elevation, section).
- Basic understanding of QA/QC procedures.
- Experience with leveling instruments, total station (optional), and basic site tools.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
