About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Baristas to join our growing café team. This role involves delivering high-quality beverages, maintaining service excellence, and contributing to a premium customer experience aligned with modern coffee industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Beverage Preparation & Quality Control

· Prepare espresso-based and specialty beverages as per standard recipes

· Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality

· Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment

· Follow brewing standards and hygiene protocols

2. Customer Experience & Service

· Greet customers and provide a welcoming café experience

· Take orders accurately and recommend menu items

· Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally

· Maintain service speed without compromising quality

3. Café Operations

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and seating areas

· Follow daily opening and closing checklists

· Support smooth day-to-day café operations

· Coordinate with team members for efficient workflow

4. Team Collaboration

· Work closely with team members to maintain a positive work environment

· Support and assist during peak hours

· Communicate effectively with seniors and management

Additional Responsibilities (Senior / Head Barista):

1. Team Handling & Training

· Train and mentor junior baristas





· Ensure team adherence to SOPs and service standards

· Monitor performance and provide guidance

2. Shift & Operations Management

· Manage shift schedules and staff allocation

· Handle daily operational challenges

· Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service

3. Inventory & Cost Control

· Monitor stock levels and reduce wastage

· Coordinate with vendors and management for inventory

· Maintain basic reporting of stock and usage

4. Business & Brand Representation

· Maintain brand standards in service and presentation

· Focus on customer retention and repeat business

· Support in achieving daily sales targets

Eligibility Criteria:

· 1 to 5+ years of experience in café / hospitality industry

· Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work in fast-paced environment

· Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Preferred Skills:

· Knowledge of espresso machines and brewing techniques

· Customer handling and upselling skills

· Teamwork and leadership ability (for senior roles)

Important Note:
Final designation (Junior / Senior / Head Barista) and salary will be decided based on candidate experience, skills, and interview performance.
