WE’RE HIRING | GENERAL MANAGER – FACTORY OPERATIONS

Design9Space World is looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager to lead our furniture manufacturing operations at our factory in Manesar, Gurugram.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee day-to-day factory operations
- Manage production, manpower & workflow
- Ensure quality, timelines & productivity
- Coordinate with design, procurement & project teams
- Monitor production planning, inventory & material usage
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiency
- Lead and motivate the factory team

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong experience in furniture manufacturing / modular furniture / interior fit-outs
- Excellent leadership & team management skills
- Strong understanding of production processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- 8+ years of relevant experience preferred

Location: Manesar, Gurugram

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹98,031.22 per month
