Sr. Academic Counselor

Location: Thrissur, Kerala

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month + Incentives

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Senior Academic Counselor to join our team. The role involves guiding students, handling calls, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Provide course and career guidance to students
- Follow up with leads and convert into admissions
- Maintain call records and student data
- Achieve monthly targets

Skills Required

- Good communication skills (Malayalam & English)
- Strong convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- Target-oriented mindset

Eligibility

- Any degree (Freshers can apply)
- Experience in telecalling/counseling is a plus
