We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and responsible Architect to handle architectural design, planning, working drawings, site coordination, and part time project execution and residential quality for the renovations and upgradation at our residential building in Recent Friends colony, New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts and design proposals for residential interiors
- Prepare space planning, layouts, elevations, sections.
- Prepare detailed architectural working drawings required for site execution.
- Prepare accurate 2D/3D drawings.
- views and presentations where required.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar software will be an advantage.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality & progress.
- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings and design specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, civil teams, interior teams,



fabricators, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors.
- Assist in identifying suitable materials and vendors when required.
- Assist in material selection according to design, quality, and budget.
- Check material samples and finishes before execution.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Friends Colony, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
