Hiring: HR & Operations Intern | DigiPlasia Media
Location: Indore | Hybrid
Stipend: ₹5,000/month + performance/revenue-based incentives
We’re looking for an HR & Operations Intern who can help us manage our growing team and day-to-day agency operations.
What you’ll handle:
- Hiring, screening & coordinating interviews
- Team attendance, onboarding & employee coordination
- Managing day-to-day team operations and workflows
- Supporting HR documentation and internal communication
- Assisting with operations, sales management & revenue-related activities
- Coordinating between teams to ensure tasks and projects move smoothly
Ideal for: Someone proactive, organised, people-friendly and interested in HR + Operations + Business Management.
Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
