SALES EXECUTIVE/ Manager – REAL ESTATE -2

Location: Current Chandigarh
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, and site visits.
- Convert leads into successful property bookings.
- Maintain relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and amenities.
- Handle negotiations and support the complete sales process.
- Maintain daily sales reports and lead status.
- Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, and other teams for smooth closures.

Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client-handling and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Knowledge of the New Chandigarh/Tricity real estate market will be preferred.
