Position: Real Estate Executive – Land Acquisition

Location: Erode / Salem / Coimbatore

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify suitable lands/plots directly from landowners for JV development projects.
- Contact and build relationships with landowners and explain our JV proposal.
- Connect landowners with our management for further discussion and negotiation.
- Source new land opportunities through local contacts and real estate networks.
- Collect and maintain a database of real estate agents/brokers and their contact details.
- Regularly follow up with agents and landowners for new property opportunities.
- Coordinate site visits and share basic land/property details with the management.

Requirements:

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong local networking and relationship-building ability.
- Real estate / land acquisition experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Erode, Salem and Coimbatore.
- Two-wheeler preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
