Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive evaluation and management of cataract patients.
- Perform phacoemulsification and cataract surgeries with good surgical outcomes.
- Conduct pre-operative assessment and post-operative follow-up.
- Manage routine and complicated cataract cases and ensure appropriate surgical planning.
- Coordinate with OT, nursing and clinical teams for smooth surgical operations.
- Ensure proper clinical documentation and adherence to hospital protocols.
- Counsel patients and attendants regarding surgery, IOL options, precautions and follow-up.
- Support clinical training and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MS / DNB / DOMS or equivalent qualification in Ophthalmology.
- 10+ years of experience in Ophthalmology with significant experience in Phaco/Cataract Surgery.
- Candidates with experience in reputed eye care hospitals will be strongly preferred.
- Solid surgical skills, clinical judgment and patient counseling abilities.
- Leadership and team coordination skills will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹621,855.31 - ₹1,844,983.09 per year
