The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in our ITES sector, focusing specifically on acquiring top IT and technology talent. Working from either Bangalore or Mumbai, this position demands a strategic approach to sourcing and managing candidates, ensuring the alignment of recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

Description

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on IT/Technology recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technology skills and the ability to interpret IT job descriptions effectively.
- Proven hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Excellent candidate screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets in a fast-paced workplace.
- Robust stakeholder management skills to effectively liaise with hiring managers and team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for technical and technology positions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.




- Translate hiring needs and job descriptions into effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases, maintaining a strong network and pipeline of potential hires.
- Screen candidates rigorously based on technical skills, experience, and role fit, ensuring only the best candidates advance.
- Conduct initial discussions and coordinate technical and client interviews, acting as the main point of contact for candidates.
- Facilitate offer negotiations, manage documentation, and oversee joining formalities to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, including submissions, interviews, selections, offers, and joiners, to optimize recruitment processes.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for frequently hired technology skills, anticipating future hiring needs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
