SENIOR BRAND & UI DESIGNER (REMOTE)

Full-time | ₹80,000 – ₹90,000/month | Minimum 3–4 years experience

WHO YOU ARE

You're not just a designer, you're a visual thinker. You bring both pixel-perfect UI sensibility and strong graphic design craft to the table. You've done this long enough to know what good looks like, and you're not afraid to push back when something doesn't feel right.

You're also someone who embraces AI as a creative collaborator, not a threat. You know which tools make you faster and sharper, and you're already using them. In a lean, high-output agency environment, working smart is just as important as working well.

You collaborate well, communicate clearly, and your portfolio speaks before you do.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Lead design across UI/UX, branding, digital, and print — owning projects end to end
- Translate briefs (and your own ideas) into polished, thoughtful design outcomes
- Pitch concepts proactively — we don't want someone who waits to be told what to do
- Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and brand identities for clients
- Create engaging social media creatives, marketing collateral, and brand assets
- Work on website and app UI — wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma
- Collaborate with the strategy and content team on pitches and proposals
- Stay sharp on design trends, AI tools, and emerging standards — and bring that knowledge into the team
- Video editing, logo reveals, and motion graphics are a big plus

WHAT YOU BRING





- 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in Branding, Graphic Design or UI/UX Design
- Graduates from a recognised design school or design program are preferred
- A portfolio that demonstrates range — brand identity, UI, digital, and ideally motion
- Mastery of Figma — this is non-negotiable
- Strong command of Adobe CC: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and ideally After Effects
- Deep understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and design for the web
- The ability to sketch and ideate on paper, not just on screen — share those in your portfolio
- Solid attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball
- Actively using AI tools in your workflow — Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Galileo AI, or similar
- Up to date with where AI is heading in design — genuinely curious about it, not just aware of it
- Good written and verbal communication — you'll be working with a remote, fast-paced team
- High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail — we are a branding & web design agency and the margin for error is very small

GOOD TO HAVE

- Experience working in a digital or branding agency
- Illustration skills
- Familiarity with Webflow or a basic front-end sensibility
- Experience with presentation design and client-facing deliverables
- Experience using AI tools to enhance or accelerate the design process
