- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Follow up with customers and maintain call records.
- Meet assigned calling targets.
- Coordinate with team leaders and follow instructions.
Requirements:
- Odia language – Mandatory for customer communication.
- Hindi language – Mandatory for understanding team leaders and internal communication.
- Freshers can apply.
- Positive communication skills and a positive attitude.
