We are on the lookout for a dynamic Team Manager – Sales & Compliance to lead and mentor a high-performing sales team. If you have 4+ years of managerial experience in SaaS sales, service-based sales, or similar domains, and a strong ability to drive revenue growth while ensuring compliance, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.
- Drive revenue growth through consultative and solution-based selling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and client agreements.
- Set sales goals, monitor performance, and report regularly to management.
- Develop sales strategies to boost pipeline growth and improve conversions.
- Train, coach, and mentor the team for continuous improvement in productivity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Compliance) to ensure client satisfaction.




- Handle escalations and ensure the timely resolution of client issues.

Requirements:

- Overall work experience should be 2+ years ( relevant )
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Sales Manager/Team Manager in SaaS, B2B, or service-based sales.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, compliance, and reporting.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to hit targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting, and MS Office.
