Job Summary

We are looking for an L&D; Executive to support and drive employee learning, development, and growth opportunities initiatives. The role involves training needs analysis, learning program coordination, onboarding, and supporting internal talent mobility.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify skill gaps across teams.
- Coordinate and implement behavioral, functional, and leadership training programs.
- Manage onboarding and employee development initiatives.
- Support Internal Job Movement (IJM) & Internal Job Posting (IJP) programs.




- Assist in developing competency frameworks, career paths, and development plans.
- Manage LMS, learning calendars, training records, and reports.
- Track training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Partner with managers and HODs to support employee development and career progression.

Job Qualification & Skill Sets:

- 2-3 years of experience in a learning & development domain; bachelor’s degree in any manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
