Job summary

Remote Dental Billers is a specialized remote dental billing company helping dental practices across the US streamline their revenue cycle management. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition by connecting with dental practices, pitching our services, and converting leads into long-term clients.

Responsibilities

- Call and email potential dental practice clients to introduce our billing services
- Deliver clear, confident, and consultative pitches tailored to each prospect
- Qualify leads and understand practice pain points to position our solution effectively
- Schedule follow-up calls and demos with senior management for closures
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach and follow-ups in CRM
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead conversion targets
- Follow up persistently yet professionally with warm and cold leads

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or business development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily




- Proficient with email communication and basic CRM tools
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
