Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Team Leader to manage, motivate, and develop a team of field executives and ensure achievement of assigned collection and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of field executives and collection staff.
- Assign daily work and monitor team performance.
- Ensure achievement of monthly collection and business targets.
- Monitor field visits, customer follow-ups, and collection activities.
- Guide team members in handling customer accounts and resolving operational issues.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide performance feedback.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and bank/financial institution representatives.
- Ensure timely submission of DCR, reports, bills, and other operational documents.
- Track pending cases and take necessary follow-up actions to improve collections.
- Train and motivate team members to improve productivity.




- Coordinate with Branch Managers and senior management regarding targets, performance, and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client/bank guidelines.
- Identify new opportunities to improve team performance and maximize collection.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in team handling, banking recovery, collection, NBFC, or related fields.
- Previous experience in a Team Leader role will be preferred.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Strong team-management and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Ability to work in the field and handle a team effectively.
- Knowledge of banking recovery/collection processes will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
